CS (Small), CM (Medium) and CL (Large) Cuffs 

Omron blood pressure monitor cuffs for the upper arm are available in small, medium and large sizes. It is important to use the correct size of cuff to suit your arm size, otherwise you may not get a true reading from your Omron blood pressure monitor.

Omron blood pressure monitors come with medium cuffs as standard. If your arm is smaller or larger than the medium size, then you will need to buy an extra cuff. Unfortunately you can not return the medium cuff for a refund, nor do Omron supply blood pressure monitors without a cuff.

Measure around the thickest part of your upper arm to check the correct size.

CS -  Small cuff for arm circumference 17 to 22cm
CM -Medium cuff forarm circumference 22 to 32cm
CL  - Large cuff for arm circumference 32 to 42cm

NB, these cuffs will fit the Omron M1, but not the M1 Classic
